This
design was inspired by the sea shanties in the fishing village of Martha’s
Vineyard, Massachusetts. The cedar shingle and white trim evoke images of
these playful structures. We have combined a guest cottage with a potting
shed so this cottage can be used year round. A pull out bed makes this room
a cozy guest bedroom. This cottage can also be used for a lot of things: a
place to escape to, read, or paint. A covered porch to get out of the sun
while potting and/or sitting on that porch swing.
