This design was inspired by the seashore of Santa Cruz California.  The sand dunes and casual living was our inspiration in color and texture.  This floor plan is perfect for a single person looking for an affordable option, a young couple just starting off a life together (the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor can be finished in the future) or a mature couple looking for a low maintenance retirement home –master suite on the 1st floor and two bedroom on the 2nd for guests or returning children.  The Santa Cruz is the  perfect affordable cozy home and has been one of our most popular models.
